Project overview
Job searching produces more admin than most people expect, interview invites buried in email, dates scattered across calendars, and no single place to see where every application actually stands.
Yatnya starts from the email itself. Paste, upload or connect email and it reads out the company, role, date, time, video-call link, and interview stage on its own, then carries that structure through a calendar, a dashboard, and an AI assistant that reasons over everything it's already captured.
Why?
Most trackers ask you to retype details you already received once. That friction is exactly why so few job seekers keep a tracker up to date past the first week, the tool costs more effort than the thing it's meant to organize.
1 email in
a fully structured application card, company, role, date, stage, and contact with no manual entry.

Dashboard, calendar, and AI assistant all read from the same captured data, so nothing has to be entered twice.
How it works
Two ways in.

The whole search, at a glance.

An assistant that already knows the context.

What I Learned
Yatnya was a chance to design and ship an AI-native product end to end specifying the flow, the data model, and the conversational layer using an Base44 and claude code AI.
